Poivron, puwavuro cg Pepper, ni ubwoko bw'imboga bamwe bakoresha nkikirungo, nisoko ya vitamini C yo murwego rwo hejuru, ndetse ikagira nibyo bita ‘antioxydants’, nk’izitwa ‘caroténoïdes’.
