Igi cg amagi, ni ibyokurya bikomoka ku amatungo (Inkoko), bifite intungamubiri nyinshi kubuzima bwacu.

Ariko kandi ubushakashatsi bwagaragaje ko hari umubare ntaregwa umuntu akwiriye kurya mucyumweru.

Indyo yuzuye dukenera buri munsi dusangamo ubwoko bwa vitamini butandukanye, imyunyu ngugu...bityo rero tugiye kurebera hamwe bimwe mubyo dusanga mu igi, umubiri wacu ukenera buri munsi.
